In this post I share my Tarlov Cysts Pain Toolkit, where I describe the different tools & steps I’ve taken to lower my Tarlov Cyst pain symptoms during the past 2 years (including lower back pain, leg pain, sciatica pain / peripheral neuropathy). I will develop each of these topics in separate posts.

To note: As you will see, I have not been through surgery nor through invasive nonsurgical therapies like lumbar drainage of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF); yet I’ve seen positive progress of my symptoms to the point of being almost fully recovered. With this, I don’t mean to say that ‘all cases can improve without surgery’ and I also don’t mean to say that ‘your condition will improve if you follow the steps i took’ (unfortunately). This is a rare disease and mine is just ‘a case’…but my wish is to drive awareness that recovery without surgery is ‘a possibility’.
I invite you now to visit My positive progress post to better understand my recovery journey.
